meet the Owner and Designer of Linda's Decors

Hi, I’m Linda Woodard!

I’m the founder and lead designer of Linda’s Decors.

I work with New England and Wellesley window treatment homeowners, that are ready to transform one room or an entire house into the home of their dreams.

I understand every room and window is different and choosing the right custom window treatments can have its challenges. This goes beyond simply selecting blinds or shades, measuring for drapes, and not to mention the installation process! This is your home – a direct reflection of you and ultimately a reflection of me. I’ll carefully guide you in selecting the perfect solution and you’ll see your home come together with beautiful fabrics, thoughtfully coordinated solutions, and a design plan that ensures every window complements your home and your life.

My hand-selected behind the scenes team is dedicated to superb craftsmanship and the highest quality. Together, we’ll guarantee every detail, from our first interaction through the final installation.

I’d love to meet you and complete the story of your home.

kind words from our wellesley window treatment clients

Linda has been our go-to person for all of our window treatments in our home. She has a very talented interior design eye. She has helped with our roman shades, shutters, and drapes in the family and dining rooms. I look forward to continuing to work with her.

kind words from our wellesley window treatment clients

We love our blinds!!! From start to finish Linda gave great service and was honest and didn’t try to oversell. When the blinds arrived, they were EXACTLY what I was hoping they would be and they function so well. It’s rare these days to have things turn out exactly as expected and Linda certainly delivered on this. We would recommend her and use her again for other blind needs! She gained a customer for life! Thanks so much Linda!!!

I had the opportunity to work with Linda and the service and experience were exceptional from start to finish. She is a consummate professional with a discerning eye and she helped me choose the appropriate window treatments and complementary materials for multiple rooms in my home. Her attention to detail was evident throughout the process. Linda met all of my expectations and exceeded them. The quality of work was outstanding, and it was clear that she put a lot of time and effort into ensuring all aspects of service were top-notch. I highly recommend Linda's Decors.

I’m honored to work with Custom Window Treatments clients throughout Wellesley and am a proud member of the Wellesley Mother’s Forum, a local nonprofit that offers support, friendship, and community.

Homeowners in Wellesley take great pride in their homes, making it a joy to help them enhance their home’s beauty as we bring their unique personalities to life and complete the story of their home.

Old meets new with inspiring architecture, where you’ll see clean modern lines blend seamlessly with historical influences.

Some of my favorite stores in Wellesley include:

Isabel Harvey for everything stylish- from home decor to the perfect pair of earrings!

Salt Boutique for the latest in fashion and classy beach attire.

And of course, don’t forget to pay a visit to my favorite coffee shop in Wellesley, Cafe Nero. There aren’t enough exclamation points to convey my love for this place. While in town, make sure to stop at Tatte for lunch, where you’ll likely fall in love with each and every bite (don’t say I didn’t warn you).

Must-see in Wellesley: Mass Horticultural Society’s Garden at Elm Bank and the Davis Museum at Wellesley College.

Together, we’ll select window treatments for your Wellesley home that inspire, invite, and elevate the aesthetics of your interiors.
