meet the Owner and Designer of Linda's Decors

Hi, I’m Linda Woodard!

I’m the founder and lead designer of Linda’s Decors.

I work with New England and Needham window treatment homeowners, that are ready to transform one room or an entire house into the home of their dreams.

I understand every room and window is different and choosing the right custom window treatments can have its challenges. This goes beyond simply selecting blinds or shades, measuring for drapes, and not to mention the installation process! This is your home – a direct reflection of you and ultimately a reflection of me. I’ll carefully guide you in selecting the perfect solution and you’ll see your home come together with beautiful fabrics, thoughtfully coordinated solutions, and a design plan that ensures every window complements your home and your life.

My hand-selected behind the scenes team is dedicated to superb craftsmanship and the highest quality. Together, we’ll guarantee every detail, from our first interaction through the final installation.

I’d love to meet you and complete the story of your home.

kind words from our needham window treatments clients

I have loved working with Linda. I have worked with her on many projects in my home. Linda has amazing taste and was really able to figure out what was needed because she is so focused and detail oriented. I even worked with a designer but hired Linda so she could move my projects forward in a timely manner. Highly recommend Linda’s Decors.

kind words from our needham window treatments clients

We used Linda to redo our den after hearing great things about her use of color from friends of ours. From the start, we could not have been more thrilled! Linda has a great eye and attention to detail. She has a phenomenal vision for turning a room into whatever you want it to be. Linda is well organized, very responsive and has perfected the art of listening to the client and giving them what they want. She is also not afraid to present ideas even if they may slightly differ from the client’s original ideas and I LOVED that about her. Linda never wasted time and always provided everything that she said she would in the time she said she would do it. I only wish I had more rooms in my house to decorate because I would use her services over and over again.

kind words from our needham window treatments clients

Linda is extremely talented and a delight to work with! I couldn’t be happier with my window treatments (to me, the most important design element in a home). When I moved to the Boston area over 15 years ago, I was lucky enough to find Linda. When I moved to a new home years later, there was no question as to who I needed to call. Linda’s knowledge of window treatments and design helped me to transform the rooms in my home into BEAUTIFUL serene spaces. Linda took the time to understand my style and helped me express myself in my home. Linda pays close attention to detail. With her years of experience combined with her natural eye for design and functionality, Linda is unparalleled.

Window Treatments Tailored to Your Needham Home

I’m fortunate to work with a wide variety of window treatment clients in Needham! It comes as no surprise, as Needham is full of friendly faces and great people.

As a designer, I find the old architecture of Needham inspiring, and even as contemporary and modern homes are being constructed, they seem to blend perfectly as the past and present come together. It gives it a unique feel and sense of timelessness.

To enjoy some of the local scenery and well-preserved history, make sure to stroll Greendale Ave, Cutler Park, amble across Echo Bridge, and stop for fresh air and views on the Charles River Peninsula.

When working with window treatments clients in Needham, I usually get a bite to eat at The Farmhouse or Sweet Basil. The creative designer in me never passes up an opportunity to shop at The Tin Rabbit for unique decor and gifts, Hearthstone Home for furnishings and decor, and Shop Micki for clothing and more!

Together, we’ll select Needham window treatments that provide style, beauty, and personality to your home!
